The use of information that open LMS uses for customer data does not use the data obtained by the customer in the context of providing support for purposes other than supporting and improving the SaaS service. Open LMS Privacy and Security Policy is committed to making reasonable efforts to comply with customer privacy and security policies in providing support, provided the customer provides specific written policies to Open LMS. Third and custom plugins: Unless otherwise stated, open LMS does not support third-party plugins and any support by Open LMS with regard to these is a billing event and is charged at our predominant prices. Support for custom plugins is also considered a rewardable event and is charged at our prices, unless an annual maintenance contract is covered by an annual maintenance contract as part of a PROFESSIONAL SOW service. Open LMS policy express support by plugin, including documentation, internal knowledge of Open LMS, updates and other issues related to third parties and custom plugins is presented in the plugin matrix on manuals.blackboardopenlms.com. Open LMS can, at its sole discretion, assist in the triage, reporting and provision of error corrections on a case-by-case basis. Open LMS is committed to updating the plugin matrix within five (5) business days after each new maintenance package or any main version of the SaaS service. The maximum number of end-users using the SaaS service must not exceed the “active user limit” indicated in the order form. To this end, the active user refers to a user who has an account in the LMS open learning management platform and who is also registered in a visible course, whether or not the course is used by the client or not. Suspended users (an account that is disabled, so the user can no longer access the system until the account is reactivated by the site administrator). Users for whom all records are exposed are not included in the number of active users. The use of the SaaS service by the customer and/or the customer`s end-users must not exceed the scope of these terms of use without Open LMS` express written permission and the payment by the customer of an additional fee, as reasonably set by Open LMS. In the event of an incident, the customer must report the error reflected in the application to Open LMS by filling out a new application form on the support portal (support.blackboardopenlms.com) (“Application Form”). Customers and end-users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, duplicating, copying, creating, displaying or otherwise using the member pages of the Open LMS website without the express written permission of Open LMS. Open LMS is not obligated to provide service to the customer or end user, unless expressly stipulated in the agreement or any other written agreement between Open LMS and the Customer.
