(b) an employee of the Labour Authority under Section 101B of the Education Act 1972 (with the exception of a worker who is employed as an hourly paid trainer or as a swimming and water instructor; (c) public sector employees covered by the South Australian Metropolitan Service Metropolitan Enterprise Agreement 2009 (or any enterprise agreement reached as a replacement for that agreement); and (a) the employee is employed in tasks classified in the South Australian Public Sector Parges Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2014 (or an enterprise agreement entered into to replace this enterprise agreement); Or the current Southern Parity Wage Agreement: The Weekly Paid 2017 expires in nominal terms on June 30, 2020. Formal negotiations for a new enterprise agreement (known as Enterprise Bargaining) began in February 2020. This agreement includes a number of employee groups, including health, store and printing staff. 8. The amount of USD 180 (indexed) covered in the sub-regulation (7)a) is annual (as of the beginning of the days of the 2013/2014 fiscal year) by multiplying this amount by a fraction; the division of the consumer price index for the March quarter in the previous fiscal year by the Consumer Price Index for the March 2012 quarter (with an adjustment that applies based on when a leave entitlement is opened and not a payment). . (b) Section 2 of Part 7 of the Act does not apply to workers employed under an employment contract entered into prior to the opening date of this sub-regulation; (2) Divisions 3 and 4 of Part 7 of the Act apply to an employee of the urban renewal agency if, immediately prior to the commencement of these regulations, Part 7 Division 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995 applies to the worker.
